Refund policy
We want payments, credit delivery, and failed generation handling to be clear and traceable.
Effective date: August 10, 2026Unused credits
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days after payment. After verification, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider.
Used digital services
Credits already used for successful image generation are generally non-refundable. If applicable law gives you stronger consumer protection rights, those rights apply.
Failed jobs
When the system cannot complete an image generation, the reserved credit is automatically returned to the account. Automatic credit return is not a cash refund. If credits do not return within a reasonable time, contact us for review.
Duplicate or unusual charges
For duplicate charges, successful payments without credit delivery, or unauthorized transactions, contact us as soon as possible with your account email, payment date, amount, and payment receipt. We will review the payment provider records.
How to request
Email zcreateworld@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”. We usually confirm receipt within 3 business days and will tell you the result after verification.
