By using Taste Photo, you agree to these terms for accounts, generation credits, and AI photo editing services.

You should provide valid information and protect your sign-in method. Accounts are for personal use by the account holder. You are responsible for actions started through your account. We may restrict accounts that present fraud, abuse, or security risks.
Credits and payments
Generation credits are purchased once at the price shown on the purchase page. They do not renew automatically, do not earn interest, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. After payment completes and settles, credits are added to the account used for purchase.
Uploaded content
You keep your rights in uploaded photos and grant Taste Photo a limited permission to process them to perform the requested edit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and will not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
Generated results
Where allowed by law, you may use generated results. Because AI services are probabilistic, we do not guarantee that output will exactly match examples or be suitable for every specific commercial use. You should review results before publishing or commercial use.
Service changes
We may adjust styles, models, pricing, or features, and will show then-current information before purchase. Previously purchased credits will not be reduced because of price changes. Maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.
Liability and applicable rights
We do not exclude consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, Taste Photo is not liable for indirect losses; total service-related liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the disputed order.
